Winter Skincare Tip

Winter Skincare

Here’s a quick and inexpensive (if you already own one, cheap ones work too if you don’t J) way to keep your skin hydrated or give it a hydration boost!

Winter is a tough time for almost EVERY skin type. From oily to dry with all the excessive hot showers, blazing heaters, and temp changes (not to mention the wonderful festive beverages that generally contain de-hydrating ingredients) you might suddenly be finding your skin parched!

There are so many ways to combat this, and I’ll blog about those in a separate post, but this is something easy that you can do today and add into your regime whether you’re a woman on the go or have 3 children climbing up your ankles… Are you ready?

A HUMIDIFIER!

Whenever I feel parched in the winter, I whip that bad boy out (please check that scraggy filter!) and sleep my way to glowing hydration. Let me know what you think!

Tiffany! Thanks! Guess what I’m blogging soon!? The delicious dips and flatbread served at the FF restaurant in D.C.!!! They’re coming out with a cookbook too! BTW, the effectiveness of the humidifier is almost immediate. Put it in tonight, and tomorrow morning your skin should feel plumper when you wake up!;)

Humidifier is a great thing for keeping hydrated, which also helps fend off winter colds. My favorite skin conditioner is a facial at Bloom Spa with Paige though!

Hehe, Rebecca;) you’re so cute. I always find my facials are the most effective for the people who enjoy getting them. I will say that my opinion is, the face is one of the most important things to invest in (as far as health and beauty investments go) via facials and products. While facials can really change the skin, at hole care is actually equally important in keeping the skin glowing and healthy!!!!;) What do you use as home?;)
